Our new Online Bill Pay is available and is a free service to our customers. You can pay your bill and/or review your account online. Just click on one of the 2 options (below) and fill out the required form. You will need a user name/password and your HPU customer number. You can pay by Master Card, Visa, Discover, debit card, and electronic check.

All of these services are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

If your account is delinquent, if you have received a disconnect notice, or if you are currently disconnected, you must call the office BEFORE you make a payment. Services will not automatically be restored when a delinquent account is paid online.

IMPORTANT: The HPU is not liable if you receive a disconnect notice and do not call the office. Your services may be disconnected and will be subject to reconnect fees. If you are disconnected, all monies in arrears plus all applicable fees must be paid before services will be reconnected. If you are currently disconnected and make a payment on-line, your utilities will not be reconnected unless you call us and inform us of your payment.
