Welcome to Online Bill Pay . This is a free service to our customers. You can pay your bill and/or review your account online. Just click on Pay Bill Online (below) and fill out the required form. You will need a user name/password, your account number and the name as it appears on your utility bill. (For a step by step users guide, click here. To pay your bill, or set up a new account, click below. )You can pay by Master Card, Visa, Discover, debit card, and electronic check. This service is available 24/7. Your account will be updated within one business day.

If your account is delinquent, if you have received a disconnect notice, or if you are currently disconnected, you must call the office BEFORE you make a payment. Failure to do so could cause your account to be disconnected.

IMPORTANT: The HPU is not liable if you receive a disconnect notice and do not call the office. Your services may be disconnected and will be subject to a $50.00 reconnect fee. If you are disconnected, all monies in arrears plus the $50.00 reconnect fee must be paid before services can be turned back on. If you are currently disconnected and make a payment on-line, your utilities will not be reconnected unless you call us and inform us of your payment.
