Our new Online Bill Pay is now available . This is a free service to our customers. You can pay your bill and/or review your account online. Just click on one of the 3 options (below) and fill out the required form. You will need a user name/password and your HPU customer number. You can pay by Master Card, Visa, Discover, debit card, and electronic check.

All of these services are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

If your account is delinquent, if you have received a disconnect notice, or if you are currently disconnected, you must call the office BEFORE you make a payment.

IMPORTANT: The HPU is not liable if you receive a disconnect notice and do not call the office. Your services may be disconnected and will be subject to a $50.00 reconnect fee. If you are disconnected, all monies in arrears plus the $50.00 reconnect fee must be paid before services can be turned back on. If you are currently disconnected and make a payment on-line, your utilities will not be reconnected unless you call us and inform us of your payment.
